Farewells and New Beginnings

As we move into spring, we’re excited to share a few important updates from the Bozzano & Co. team—both a heartfelt farewell and some exciting new beginnings.

A FOND FAREWELL TO RACHEL LIPPA

After nearly eight years with Bozzano & Co., Rachel Lippa has relocated to the East Coast with her family to begin a new chapter in her career. Rachel has been instrumental in shaping so much of our success and growth over the years. Joining Bozzano & Co. as an intern during her time at Cal Poly, SLO, she was our first employee. Her always positive personality was an instant hit with Bozzano & Co. customers, and her insights helped shape the company into what it is today. She brought lasting changes to Bozzano & Co., driving growth, hiring, and ultimately the long-term success of our business. Her dedication, leadership, and the deep industry relationships that she built will leave a lasting mark on our company. She will be greatly missed, as a friend and colleague, and we are incredibly grateful for her many contributions. We wish her all the best in her next adventure.

WELCOMING KIP LORENZETTI & CELEBRATING JEANINE MADSON

We’re thrilled to share that Kip Lorenzetti joined Bozzano & Co. earlier this month as our new Winemaker and Project Development Manager. With more than 15 years of experience in the wine industry, and hands-on work across both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, Kip brings a global perspective and deep production knowledge to our team. He’ll be leading the continued growth and evolution of our private label wine programs, partnering closely with clients to craft wines that showcase the best of the Central Coast and beyond.

We’re also excited to announce the promotion of Jeanine Madson to Bulk Sales Manager. Since joining Bozzano & Co. in 2024, Jeanine has made an immediate impact through her strong client relationships and thoughtful approach to communication. She has become an integral part of our bulk wine business, and in her new role, she’ll be overseeing sourcing and sales while continuing to build long-term partnerships with our clients.

The strength of our team and the support of our partners continues to drive everything we do. We’re excited about what’s ahead and confident that both Kip and Jeanine will play key roles in our continued growth.

We’re energized by this next chapter and grateful to continue working alongside such an incredible community of partners and clients. As always, thank you for your continued support.
